Sports Massage can be used to help to manage stiff, sore and tight muscles that occur as a result of activity.
Don’t be fooled by the name, muscles can become sore from all activity, not just sports. Our daily lives can be very tough too. We can develop pain and tightness as a result of our jobs, DIY and hobbies and we can have tightness in areas after injury or surgery.
Anna uses a mix of massage techniques that she performs with her hands and arms. Some techniques require oils and others do not. All techniques and pressures are adjusted to suit the needs of the clients and Anna feels very strongly that all treatments should be performed in a way that does not cause extreme pain or bruising as the treatment should be helping soft tissues to recover, not hurting them.
